By registering for and using MyTeacherApp, you agree to the following terms.

1. Platform role

MyTeacherApp is a marketplace that connects parents seeking home tutors with independent teachers. We are not an employer of the teachers listed on the platform, and we do not guarantee the quality of any specific class.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• Teachers must provide accurate qualifications and experience details

3. Bookings and payments

Booking details (date, time, subject, and fee) are agreed between the parent and teacher through the platform. Any payment arrangement outside the platform is between the parent and teacher directly, and MyTeacherApp is not responsible for disputes arising from it.

4. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a booking with a valid reason, which is recorded on the platform. Repeated unjustified cancellations may result in account review or suspension.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward other users
• Posting false qualifications or misleading information
• Circumventing the platform's booking and review process

6. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to other users.

7. Limitation of liability

MyTeacherApp is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including the conduct of teachers or parents.
